Of course, it is with double zip head. And I use high quality cotton handles on it, which I just purchased not too long ago.

Hello Kitty Large Tote Bag

Made a large tote bag as requested by my colleague.

It's for her daughter who is in primary school.

She has a lot of books to bring to school.

My colleague gave her a few recycle bags but all were worn off.

So a bag made with durable medium weight cotton will be nice for her.

Plus a super durable denim bottom.

Made another 3-layer bag.

This time, in sweet pink colour.

This is my first attempt to make large bag with cotton fabric.

The fabric is smooth and soft.

Hence I added soft interface and batting for it.

And hard interface for the bottom.

Then only the shape looks nice.

Made another bag for myself last week.

It's a large tote for me to bring my books for class.

This is really a simple one.

No zip or button for the closure.

Only three pockets inside.

I have been thinking of giving something as souvenir to my club committee members who are graduating this year. After pondering for some time, I have decided to make make them some simple handphone pouches.

A Sling Bag for myself!

Ever since my favourite sling bag is spoilt,

I have been thinking of making one sling bag for myself but...

I was just lazy to start working on it.

Finally, during the Deepavali break,

I have the mood to sew and...

Ta-dah! Here is what I sew for myself.

It is made with yard dye fabric and cotton linen which I bought some time ago..

A small sling bag which is just nice for a purse,

handphone, keys and some tissue paper.

I did not install the buckle nicely,

hence the wrinkled part at the bottom of it.

Bright Pink Flowery Tote

This is a tote bag for my mum.

She chose the fabric and handles.

With zipper pocket at the back.

The colour is so bright that it can brighten up your day easily =]

Mission Impossible

Made a trip to my maternal grandparents' house with my mum this morning.

Apart from visiting the elders, my mum wanted to bring back home an old sewing machine from my grandparents' house. It seems like a mission impossible because I drive a Myvi. But, Myvi is indeed spacious enough for a sewing machine!

Mum said that this sewing machine needs some lubricating. I hope this it is still working.
