Pencil Case vs Little Tote

The weather has been unbearable HOT recently. Hence I always stay up late to do my work and sewing. I work better at night.

My new pencil case, with my favourite Snoopy =)

It is a very roomy one with THREE zips!

Saw one very cute tote bag online and spent a night to make my own.

It's really hard to make a bag without the pattern.
I had a hard time sew and open and sew and open to alter the shape.

Luckily the outcome is still satisfying.
But I guess I should add batting to it.

The opening of the bag is quite big.

I added a magnetic button to it. But it does not seem very nice.

I'm still thinking of how to improve it.

Hmm... A drawstring?

Maybe...
