16 Handphone Pouches

I am really in the mood of sewing!

I have been thinking of giving something as souvenir to my club committee members who are graduating this year. After pondering for some time, I have decided to make make them some simple handphone pouches.

And hence, I spent two days to produce these 16 handphone pouches.

A Sling Bag for myself!

Ever since my favourite sling bag is spoilt,
I have been thinking of making one sling bag for myself but...
I was just lazy to start working on it.

Finally, during the Deepavali break,
I have the mood to sew and...
Ta-dah! Here is what I sew for myself.

It is made with yard dye fabric and cotton linen which I bought some time ago..

A small sling bag which is just nice for a purse,
handphone, keys and some tissue paper.

I did not install the buckle nicely,
hence the wrinkled part at the bottom of it.

Bright Pink Flowery Tote

This is a tote bag for my mum.

She chose the fabric and handles.

With zipper pocket at the back.

The colour is so bright that it can brighten up your day easily =]

Mission Impossible

Made a trip to my maternal grandparents' house with my mum this morning.

Apart from visiting the elders, my mum wanted to bring back home an old sewing machine from my grandparents' house. It seems like a mission impossible because I drive a Myvi. But, Myvi is indeed spacious enough for a sewing machine!

Mum said that this sewing machine needs some lubricating. I hope this it is still working.

Pinkish Flower Blanket Large Tote

Pinkish Flower Blanket Large Tote
Size (main body): 43cm x 32cm x 10cm (base)
Materials: Cotton + Lining + Batting + Nylon handles

I made a really large tote bag!

This fabric is really a romantic one.

It comes with nylon handles,
zipper closure with double zip heads,
jeans fabric base.

And its interior.
With zipper pocket,
and four pockets (handphone, documents, pen)

How spacious can it be?

Can fit it quite a number of A4-sized files and documents.

Special Order

I received a special order to make a Dragonfly Tote with PU Leather Handles.
I still have some balance of fabric and it is just nice for a tote and here is the results.

To make it a more convenient bag, I gave it double zip heads at the zipper closure.
And I gave it stronger base with dark colour to make it more solid,
and thus it can stand on its own =]

I improved the inner pockets too.
It now has one pocket for water bottle,
one pocket for pen,
one pocket for handphone
and one pocket for booklet/tissue paper/document
(it actually can fit in my camera pouch).

And a orange stripey wristlet with orange colour bias tape.

I hope that the lady will feel happy and satisfied with the bags =]

Gathered Clutch

Made three gathered clutches and only two are with me now.
One was given to my colleague before I could snap a photo of it.

Aren't they lovely?

Orange Stripey Wristlet

This is a special order from Farah.
To thank her for supporting my handmade bag,
I made her a complement tissue pouch.

Just sent out the items this morning.
I hope that she will love them.

Browsing through my sewing projects

Browsed through the photos of my sewing projects
and I was quite shocked to realise that I have produced so many "babies"!

Here are some of them.

Doraemon Tote

Was intended to make one tote for myself but it turns out to be too childish,
which is obviously not my style.

And thus I am going to give this to my friend's niece.
It is definitely more suitable for a little girl.
It will serve well as a bag for tuition.
